呼吸机相关性肺炎(Ventiator-associated pneumonia, VAP)是指气管切开或气管内插管机械通气后48小时以上发生的肺炎。在重症监护病房(ICU),机械通气通常用于挽救患者的生命。然而,VAP是一种复杂的、多方面的临床疾病,具有较高的发病率(4-61%)、死亡率(40-43%) 和高昂的治疗费用。VAP会给ICU老年患者造成了巨大的经济、住院治疗和死亡损失; 然而,由于缺乏可靠的评估工具,其风险难以评估。浙江大学公共卫生学院健康科学大数据系李文渊研究员团队,温州市中西医结合医院感染控制科和温州市中西医结合医院重症医学科共同开展了一项重要...
