（1）Assist the Chief Scientist in effectively communicating and coordinating with relevant departments (including leading and participating units, as well as relevant administrative departments).
（2）In accordance with the project implementation plan, effectively conduct project training, supervise all cooperative units to carry out on-site project training, and supervise the implementation of the project plan, including project progress monitoring, quality control, supervision, and inspection.
（3）Formulate relevant regulations on data security and sharing, biosafety, intellectual property rights, and management of resources and equipment (including information systems), and urge all project participants to strictly implement them.
（4）Assist in organizing the meetings of the project committees and implementing the decisions made by the chief scientist and the project committee.
（5）Regularly supervise and summarize the project progress and the use of funds.
（6）Timely and correctly file relevant research documents, and prepare the project's annual report.
