The Field Epidemiology Platform is designed to collect multi-dimensional information ranging from microscopic biomolecular information, to mesoscopic personal information, and up to macroscopic social factors, effectively obtain multi-dimensional information, and perform tandem addition and long-term tracking. It builds cohorts for general population cohort, high-risk population cohort, and cancer/chronic disease patient cohort，and conduct long-term follow-up. moreover, the center will develop and optimize field epidemiology techniques and standardize the field epidemiological investigation process. Currently, we have formulated operational procedures and quality control manuals that cover the entire chain of the project in accordance with international standards, including checklist preparation, informed consent form, intelligent health survey questionnaire, questionnaire manual, overall on-site process, personnel workflow, sample processing flow, as well as data storage, management, and quality control.
