The Biobank Platform aims to build a standardized, intelligent, and high-quality biobank, providing robust biological sample resource support for research on the integration and identification of healthcare big data. It mainly carries out the collection and processing of biological samples, the storage and management of biological samples and related data, as well as the research and development and optimization of related experimental technologies. Currently, it has been equipped with 48 ultra-low temperature freezers (with a total capacity for 2.88 million samples), a sample base management system, and have built an automated sample base capacity of 4 million samples. The BMP (Biobank Management Platform) sample database management system has been installed and deployed. Through unified sample management, inventory management informatization, and sample collection, storage processing, information query and other modules corresponding to the sample collection and processing process, realizing the whole process of biological sample information management from sampling to laboratory processing, storage, cryopreservation, and retrieval.
